Most often properties are offered through our EZ-finance program; occasionally properties are listed for the full cash price. Once you click on a property, as you scroll down the individual property ad, the yellow rectangle info box will provide the financing details. You will also see clickable maps and aerial images as well as a link to an interactive map where you can get directions to the property from any location. Finally, you can enjoy actual property pictures taken from a variety of perspectives and views. Once you are ready, simply click the Buy-It-Now button to purchase the property. We will contact you shortly thereafter to help you complete the transaction. And - - Congratulations!!
